WHO WE ARE

CHE was founded by former Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Jerome Dupont in 1996 with the goal of helping young athletes develop their skills during the off-season. Since then CHE has worked with thousands of talented hockey players to help achieve their goals. CHE alumni have made it to the highest levels of the sport, securing spots on CHL, US College, USports, and NHL rosters, gaining incredible life experiences along the way.

We owe our success to driven coaches, trainers, and editors. These passionate individuals are committed to helping our clients reach their maximum potential.

A CULTURE OF SUCCESS

For 26 years our mission has been to help develop and support elite, young, motivated hockey players in achieving their athletic and academic goals. CHE programs pave the way for opportunities in Junior A, Major Junior, Canadian University, U.S. College and Professional Hockey, so players can get an education while achieving their hockey dreams. CHE programs have helped talented elite players earn both hockey and academic opportunities at all levels. In addition to maximizing success, our coaching methodology focuses on more than just on-ice skills. Our programs are designed to instill positive habits that our players can carry with them into the regular season and even for the rest of their lives.

CHE is made up of expert coaches and trainers who have found success in all levels of the game. Our leadership team has NHL experience, won championships at the national level, and coached teams to dominate junior hockey in Canada for decades at a time.

Many of our staff currently have regular season positions in USports (Canadian University Hockey), Major Junior and Junior hockey. Our trainers currently work privately with some of the most promising talent in the province.

Year after year our coaches and trainers finish the regular season and return to lead programs at CHE. Our staff is always eager to foster working relationships with players, opening the door to more opportunities for next season and into the future.
